Artifact Pictures and Fourth & One Productions recently presented an overview of the 3D animation process at Philadelphia’s famous Franklin Institute, using examples from their recently completed pilot episode of “The Adventures of Teddy P. Brains”, a new children’s program. As part of the Cartoon Network-sponsored ‘Animation’ exhibit, the presentation covered all the steps involved in creating an animated show – from concept development and character illustrations, to 3D modeling, animation and compositing.
